an arrangement of When Other Lips arranged by Charles Voss, from his Morceau De Salon, Op.107, No. 2. Charles Voss was born in Schmarsow in 1815 and died in Verona in 1882. He studied in Berlin, and enjoyed a great success in Pais society as composer of Salon pieces.
